Photos and questionnaire inputs are processed through third-party AI APIs to generate your analysis. Jamalouna does not use your data to train its own models.
For OpenAI API usage, inputs are not used to train OpenAI models unless an account explicitly opts in to data sharing. Vendor abuse-monitoring retention may still apply under provider terms.
Account data, analyses, final results, and uploaded content are retained until you delete them from your dashboard. Payment and other records that we are legally required to keep may be retained for the period required by applicable law. You can delete photos only or delete all account data from your dashboard privacy controls.
